IF we SEE central act Setion 506 para 2 of IPC is  bailable and non-cognizable.somebody told me that in haryana offence mentioned in setion 506 para 2 of IPC is cognizable and non-bailable. Is That information correct that in haryana offence mentioned in setion 506 para 2 of IPC is cognizable and non-bailable. IF yes Do you know that by which haryana  state amendment acts it was done so and notification numbers by which they were  enforced.  Please tell me.

NOT ONLY HARYANA, SO MANY STATES  MADE IPC 506 (2) COGNISABLE AND N.B

yes Mr. Reddy is right the 506 IPC change their defination time to time with other sections
