Blue Dart courier is not delivering valuable articles like credit card of bank and study materials citing " addressee left", "not reachable", in one case, delivered to wrong person resulting in loss of Rs.2500.00. What are the courses available to me to put up a strong case against Blue Dart? My house is near Belur Math and just besides G T Road; However, they do not deliver.Please advise.
