Sir/Madam,
My Query is that - in NIA if the limitation period for filing the case is exided and now after one day he filed the complaint with the cause due to his vehicle repair on the last day - here im for the accused - i filed the counter as insufficient cause - its pending can u help me in providing some supportable case laws for this...

It is true that vehicle repair is not a 'sufficient cause' but one day's delay is mostly condoned by the courts even if u show any supportable cause. one day's delay is not fatal.
