Learned members,
how file a case against the electrical dept . for death compensation. yesterday a boy was died due to high tense electric wires fall down , The electrical Dept. has not taken precautionary measures. Police registered a case u/s 304A.
Now how to proceed to file a petition for death compensation against the electric dept.
kindly furnish the details of courts and legal provisions .

You can file compensation claim in Dist. court under law of torts for fatal accident and show negiligency on the part of electrical dept.
