I wish to have citation of bombay high court as well of supreme court in respect of directions given by them for the removal of unauthorised structures on foothpaths including that of temples and also of police chowkies.
this directions are given in pIL filed in Bombay High court as well appeal filed in supreme court against the order of Gujarat High court
