Hi ,
I want to know how can eveidence like phone tapping,sms,e.mail,facebook evidence can be added after submission of chargesheet.Police with conspiracy with the accused did add in case diary and chargesheet was submitted mere on witness and and statement in 161 c.r.p.c and 164 cr.p.c.Its amatter of 376 ,323 328....
Police is not adding wanted to know when can this eveidence be added

ur answer may be found in new IT act 2000.some new concept of e documents are given in this act.i think if u have any evidence as u mentioned it may prove to be helpful today becoz of new act.

Under Evidence Act : If any evidence is affecting the case and the justice the said evidence is to added during the trial of the case.
Hence if youhave any firm evidence related to the case you can submitt the same
