Australian getting married in india

Dear all ,

i am permenant resident of australia and recently divorced by mutual consent in india and also commited for second marriage ,

Now for second marriage do i need  certificate of present marital status / no implediment certificate / of NOC from embessy or only divorce certificate is enough for proof?

 

also can you please advise me what documents are  needed for NRI for registration for marriage in india .

first of all you are  not an australian, you are just a PR. so dont consider anything like a foregien marrying in India.

as you told that you got divorce in india and willing to re-marry in india. then nothing is needed ,. only you divorce decree in enough.

and on the basis of your new marraige certioficate , you can get change your husband's name in australian record.

be happy and enjoy your 2nd inning.
