Ancestor Temple land

My Father's Grandfather A has some land, he build a temple and registered some of his land to temple for maintaining temple, he has two sons B1(the elder son) and B2(the youger son), after A passed away, A's elder son B1 has take care of temple and temple's land without any partition on land.

B1 has two sons, lets say C1(eldest son), C2(youngest son), after B1 passed away C1 the eldest son take care of temple and temple's land without any partition on land.

C1 has no son's, he has two daugther's, C2 has one son D1.

now, C2 who has son or D1 interested to take care of temple and temple land's but C1 is not willing to give the ancestor property to C2 or D1.

If C2 or D1 put a case on C1 for ancestor porperty?

who will get authority to take care of temple and temple land

1, son of C2

2, daugther of C1.

please advise.

son of c2 will have a right to take care of ancestral temple but daughter of c1 will not. also as the property is vested in temple no question of partition arise.
