amendment of a registered agreement

An amendment clause of an agreement reads as follows.

"AMENDMENT. This agreement and any clause therein may be amended by the parties after mutual discussion and agreement, in writing and the same shall be treated as an integral part of this agreement.    "

This agreement is registered with subregistrar's office.

Is it necessary to register the amendments made to this agreement or cancel this agreement?

pls guide.

It is always advisable to register a supplementary to the agreement in your own interests.

Since the main agreement is a registered one, it is advisable to get registered the altered clauses also.
