halo everybody, need to know can a pvt ltd company form for agriculture activity and registered in mp can freely buy a agriculture in madhya pradesh without any kind of objection purely for agriculture activity (horticulture).please answer this thanks

There is as such no problem in buying agicultural lan by the company provided all the shareholders are not NRI's. You will have to consult the land holding restrictions ,if any, applicable to MP.

Yes. There is no lega hurdle to purchase land in MP for agricultural purpoe by a Pvt. ltd Company subject to adharance of all other land laws applicable therein.
