AFTER MAKING RELQUISHNED DEED HOW WE CAN TAKE SHARE FROM BHA

WE ARE SELLING OUR ONE PROPERTY  . IN THAT THREE PARTNER MY WIFE AND SISTER IN LAW  AND THEIR BHABI(WIFE OF DECEASED BROTHER. OF MY WIFE) NOW DEALER WANT FIRST MAKE RD (RELQUISHED DEED)  SO WHOLE PROPERTY TFR OUR BHABHI . SUPPOSE IF SHE  DENIED TO GIVE OUR SHARE OR DENIED FOR SALE OF PROPERTY . IN THIS SITUATION CAN WE GET OUR SHARE FROM HER BY APPEALING OF FILING CASE . WE ARE HINDU PL HELP ME IN THIS REGARD AS WE HAVE TO SALE THIS IN 2-3 DAYS. PL HELP ME

why  RELQUISHED DEED. simple way sign agreement to sale by all three and regester the sale deed within the period of agreement by all of three.

Sir main problem is this she has minor Daughter .she want to take half share and we are ready . but dealer ask first make RD IN HER NAME THE Property  can sale.
