advocate-trademark attorney

 which form is used for registration of trade mark attorney by a lawyer.

please explain?  TMA1 form only for trade mark agent?  same form is used lawyer also? did you know lawyer is produce character certificate from District Magistrate

Advocate is entitled to practise as trademark attorney and no form require to be filed although if you want a name of register of trademark agent you have to file TMA-1. Otherwise not mandatory.

character certificate is part of tma1 form. please check first part of tma1 form .can u explain difference between an advocate register as trade mark agent and trade mark attorney.did you explain trade mark attaorney have right to file tm 48 form on behalf of his client without register his name in register through TMA1 form

As written by Mr. Samrth there is no need to file any form to represent as Attorney.

You will have to file TM-48 Power of Attorney to represent your client
