Adoption

A boy (age 15), son of my known one, lost his parents in road accident and now left with old grandfather. He is too old to take care of his present education and his future. No relative or any other has taken responsibility of the child till now.

Me and My wife planned to take his responsibility. We have 2 options with us:

1. Legally Adopt the boy (not sure if we are eligible or not. We are economically sound and have 3 year old daughter)

2. Take his responsibility without legal adoption and take care of his education and other needs

Can some one, Please, tell me what should be the better way to give life to one living being?

As per your query you do not have a son, surely you can adopt him legally. It will be better way.
