498a help

Dear All,

Chargesheet for 498a has been submitted.

she has submitted a false medical certificate from govt hospital showing presence of physical torture marks on her body. Chargesheet also having a statement of 3 witneses(Her Father,Mother & Uncle) stating that

i demanded for dowry and they not fullfill my condition because of that i was daily beating her

I never beat her & never demand for any dowry

What should be my next step. How can i prove that the medical certificate is fake

Please help

Doctor has to be cross examined.

Better hire a good lawyer.. Only according to prosecution story and medical certificate can be related.. by the police. if that medical is false, it can be easily be cracked while in cross examination of the medical officer .
