Dear Experts,
One of Director forged the signature of the other for misusing of funds and bankcorupt the pvt company. The partner lodge the complaint to the police with all evidences but the police keep delaying to register FIR ? Please advise is there way out or law to mention that police must register FIR in some certain period of time ?

you can send the complaint at commission and DGP and your area magistrate with evidence proof xerox, surely you will get fir copy.
