Dear Experts,
I have a query, I am buying a property from Mrs. A who bought it from Mr. B in 1999 through Notarised Sale Deed & Registered GPA. Please Clarify:
1. Whether through the above document Mrs. A can recieve the money as in GPA right of saling the property and recieving the compensation is mentioned.
2. Since Financier is also involved what sort of Agreement (which can be challenged Legally) I should make with the Financier as he is not providing me with any document whatever he has made with Mrs. B.
