Non alienation clause and its violation in the registered will and testament

A person in his last Will and Testatement duly registered on 18/03/1985, in the city Bangalore, State of Karnataka, there is a forever non-alienation clause which in Kannada Language states as follows, “ ಮೇಲ್ಕಂಡ ಲೀಲಮ್ಮ ಮತ್ತು ಈಕೆಯ ಗಂಡು ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಸ್ವಾಧೀನ ಹೊಂದಿ, ಅವರ ಹೆಸರಿಗೆ ಖಾತಾ ವಗೈರೆ ಮಾಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಅವರ ಇಚ್ಚಾನುಸಾರ ಅನುಭವಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಬರತಕ್ಕದ್ದೇ ವಿನಃ,, ಬೇರೆಯವರಿಗೆ ಕ್ರಯ ವಗೈರೆ ಮಾಡಬಾರದು. ಶೆಡ್ಯೂಲ ಸ್ವತ್ತನ್ನು ಮೇಲ್ಕಂಡವರು, ನನ್ನ ಮರಣಾನಂತರ ವಂಶ ಪಾರಂಪರ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಅನುಭವಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಬರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು" The Will and Testatement was not Probated. However the Beneficierie’s of the Will after her death in 12/02/1991, have subsequently sold the Schedule Property to a third party in the year 2011 through a duly Registered Sale Deed. My Questions are, 1. Kindly clarify whether the sale effected under such clause is valid ? 2. Does the permission of the jurisdictional Court was Mandatory to effect the sale. 3. There are 3 subsequent Sale Deeds happened after that. Does they become null and void as a result of non-alienation condition being imposed in the Will.
