HI, I Have sent RTI to one of the central university asking about leave account,attendance register details of an employee working in one of the central university....I have not got reply for my RTI ...after 1st appeal i have sent first appeal ...its more than 45 days no response ....can any one please inform whom I need to sent secondal appeal RTI in concern with CENTRAL UNIVERSITIES

You can complain to the Information Commissioner.

thanks rajasuriya ji, for your information but under which ministry I need to file second appeal . should i send the copy to the pio of the central university after filing second appeal?
