the big land plot was sold by a seller in to many parts,the plot was sold in more than 10 parts. my grandfather bought one of the part of the land plot. The neighbour adjacent to us now claiming that some part of his land is on our side. he is claiming that they got registered before us(which is correct.) there is just a wall dividing our property. but we are not holding more land than we got registered. we have been living on that land for more than 50 years, and it's mention on the our title deed that adjacent wall belong to us.
my question is that :
1) if my neighbour land is less, can they claim land from our land on basis of prior date of registry?
2) can we claim property on the basis of title deed ? or would we need to establish adverse possession ?
3) there are other buyers who got registered after us, so if loose our land then, can we claim our land from other buyers who got registered after us?
