One day I was sitting with my lawyer. He shows some of his achievements. One in which he shows a photo of a person who has kidnapped a child and was life imprisonment by session court. He said,'But I do my effort & make him come out from high court." He agrees that the man is culprit. But as he is a good lawyer he make him released." but that man again kidnapped a child, this time again get caught. but as the case is in far U.P., the advocate refuse to fight.
Everyone knows that the person is wrong but A good lawyer make him come out.
My question is," can a good lawyer amend the law & influence justice ? Isn't this type of practice be banned ?"
profession is profession!
lawyer protect his client it is good !
duty of lawyer is defend client ,justice is work of judge!
This is not a question of helping a goon as he is entitiled to legal help and it is the duty of the advocate to to provide legal assistance to the victim like it is the duty of doctor to hep surivie a dying patient irrespective of the fact that he is one certain Azmal Kasav.

you are very simple person, could not understand the trics at the court.
if the accused proved guilty, then no advocate could save the accused.
the actual thing is, by conspiracy of the advocate of the state and the advocate of the accused, the matter was unproved at court. sometimes judges also involved in the conspiracy. a good amount of money distributed among the conspirators.
to stop these things, judiciary should come under the lokpal.
