My grandfather has five sons. In 1952, my father and my grandfather expired. In 1956 another son of grandfather expired. Remaining three sons of my grandfather registered a partition deed in 1956.
As per the partition deed, 1200 s.yds land was registered in our name (me and my brother) with our mother as guardian as we were minors then.
Now we brothers have decided to get partition our property, what is the procedure?
During the time of registering partition Do we have to handover the original partition deed or not?
Land is in Andhra Pradesh.
