Dear Lawyers,
We got Final Court Decree order from CJM, District court in Karnataka in 2012.
We need to register this document in Sub-Registrar Office.
Sub-Registrar office is asking some Letter from court registrar to register
the Final Court Decree order.
I met District court Chief Administrative officers ( No regisrtrari in District court),
He says meet your Lawyers.
Lawyers at district court are not competitive and not aware / know the procedure,
how to register Final Court Decree order document in Sub-Registrar Office.
Please help me with the procedure.
