help for file reply to AIBE BCI

hello..
my friends who has attempt in AIBE 14 and result declared on 22 Nov. but doesn't show his result on site and receive a mail from BCI that were mentioned *
(this mail is regard to AIBE 14 that was held on 15th sep 2019.It was found that you have failed to fill in your set code as provided the question paper attrmpted by you provided to you even aftr the instructions clearly mentioned on the question paper and answer sheet with declarartion signed by you.
You are hereby show caused to furnish explanation as to why your candidature shouldn't be disqualified for this examination.)
)plz help for write an explanation mail to AIBE BCI.
) ALSO reply a format or other technical written explanation which may helpful for sending a reply email.

Your friend is himself a would-be Advocate, well educated and may not need the guidance of the forum through you, as he will be in a better position to explain to BCI as to why he has not followed written instructions in answer sheet and could not fill the set code in question paper properly, and submitted such declaration that instructions were followed. It is not clear of the consequences and likely result after an apology from the applicant. It is a professional competitive examination, and all these qualities in a candidate have their own weight.
