do u want to file Review and/or Appeal BEFORE passing the final judgement in 125 ??

if yes, no such format exists !

I am unable to search petitions / application formats at indiankanoon.org.

This site only gives data related to judgments & orders etc but I need to see the application i.e., how that winning application was written.

Please suggest a method.
