I am a linguist and full time research scholar (pursuing M.Phil.) in Delhi and also receiving UGC JRF fellowship. I want to work as a language translator. Can I advertise myself legally as a translator, online through personal website and blogs? In brief, is earning while studying full time, legal or not?

There is noting wrong in i, you can pursue employment too while studying, please see that it does not hamper each other.
