Hi All, My wife filed divorce on 25.01.2014. Divorce summons not yet received and first hearing completed on 18.03.2014. judge given next hearing on 03.04.2014. as per my lawyer advise I didn’t attend for first hearing. My lawyer told that it will go to the exparte divorce…….. my lawyer told MC Case she file after exparte divorce in loakadalat court and Maintaince case will complete with in a day in loakadalat like that he told. We deposited settlement amount money in Joint account.
1) After getting exparte divorce to wife, when am eligible for second marriage? Please advise
