Dear Sir / Madam,
We are in possesion of land from past 15 years, but now opponent has got khata in his grand fathers name, thus he is claiming the land as his land. so an case was filed in 2008 in assistant commissioners court. But the opponent has not even attended the court for an single hearing even after the notice from the court. Now the decision is done by the court for our side in Nov -2013, till now we haven't got any clearance certificate from the court. Kindly suggest how to proceed. If we ask the case worker regarding this he is giving all silling answers like - he doesnot have time to type the letter, file is in his house like this. Kindly suggest whom to approach, and how to approach to get this case cleared.
