I am new to this forum & new to the law world.
I have a query which can be answered by the guru's like you. Query is:
My father is taking a mortgage loan from a bank by submitting his income proofs along with our house documents which are on his name. Now, the bank is asking us (me & my brother) to submit our PAN cards along with a No Objection Certificate (NOC) for Mortgage.
My doubt is that, when my father is submitting all the proofs which are on his name, then why the bank needs proofs and NOC from us, i.e. from his son's?
If the NOC is mandatory, then I request the Law guru's to share a format with me to sort-out this issue.
