Advise

hi experts,

I would like to seek for your excellent / expert advise on Petition 9

My wife going to her mother home for diwali Now her mother don't sent come back.

after 3 month i give a notice to came back home but in replay he want maintenance amount 10000

now four month completed.

Please guide what to do.

file a RCR case against her, if she is not ready to live with you then you can file a divorce on that ground or try to MCD. but before going divorce try to all aspects to save the marriage. feel free to call
