Hi,
I had filled an RTI for details of declarations made by my in laws while applying for the old age pension. They have been withdrawing for over 10 years now. The department has refused saying it is a 3rd party information.
I intend to file an appeal, does anybody has any reference for a CIC decision which makes it mandatory to share information about individuals if they are feasting on public money?
