Property split in divorce

If a property/flat is purchased (signed a contract with builder and construction linked plan) before marriage (payment 35%) and possession is taken/given after marriage ? Will wife be considered as 50% co-owner ? Though she is not making any contribution towards the flat payment.

Wife cannot get anything if her name is not there in the title. If IRBM passes then after 3 years she can claim 50% and you cannot deny. So better to sell property and never buy on your name.another option would be to gift property to sibling as gifting mother also leads to problem with irbm.
