Validity of xerox of property separation documents

Normal procedure is that for example there are 4 parties to the partition.  The partition has to be typed in four original each on Rs. 100/-.  But in your case you have made only one original and other three are Xerox.  The Xerox copies are not admissible in the court as evidence.  Only original will be given credence.  As you have already taken Xerox copies, you can get it signed with all the 4 parties on all the pages of the Xerox documents (3 sets of Xerox).  This can be treated as original and will be taken as evidence at the time of trial.
