Im from kerala
My father owned a shop in kerala. My father died on dec 2012 .He demised without partition. I have some disputes with my elder brother in the matter of shop subsequently my elder brother filed a civil suit and he obtained a temporary restraining order from munsiff court for restraining me from the shop. I also filed counter affidavit and objection in the matter of the suit
my question is that i too want same injunction he obtained from the court
can i get an order from the court restraining my brother from that shop?
please tell me detail which section can i file application for this order?
because of he committing waste in shop..
