We own a property in our native that was inherited from our great grandfather, while there are no issues in any of the property document (Sales Deed, Will Copy, Khata certificates) we are not able to find the document which would state how my grandfather inherited the property from his Father. Now both my grandfather and greatgrandfather are no more. We are finding it difficult to take any action on the property(renovation, development) We applied for searching this document with the registrar and the revenue department but could not find any such document. Please advice as to what can be done in this case.
