Consequence of divorce based on husband's cruelity to wife

Hi All,

I need your input/suggestions:

What are the consequences of getting divorce by wife based on her husband's cruelity to her?  In particular, if divorce is granted to her based on her husband's cruelity, will husband get attracted to DV, dp, 498a etc?

Please need help of yours. Plz plz plz help me.

After the divorce is granted, there would be no 498a or DV since there is no domestic relationship and you are not the husband at the time of filing of the case or complaint.

Dear querist the offence under section 498A can be filed within 3 years from the incident. DP case can be file within 2 years and DV can be filed within one year.

Dear Nadeem sir, is it really true? But wives file DV case after 3 years of separation from husband stating false allegations of violence. Will you share with us the judgements on above pls? It will really be a great help to suferred husbands.
