dear all,please reply as early as possiable.i ve read about 498a conviction is only 2%.do u know any conviction about only 498a ipc.from lower court.charge only one section 498a.other no section.my friend is suffering only 498a section.and girl witness has over she said my hudband never beat me so no injurey report.she never complain any women cell or ppolice station.no witness where all incident took place.witness is her father brother n uncle.all of them said my son inlaw never beat her,she claimed only mental torcure over phone but no call detail n she does not know husband phone no.what will be the max punishment if judge will give.suppose judge wants to give punishment.please reply.
