one of our business client defaulted to pay even after serving us a successful installation confirmation letter [educational material] and we are in the process since 2010 and in the payment clause the client given us a condition that after deducting tds he will pay us the amount - on this we had showed in our records and also he may also show in his records on this point can we go to court on default of TDS, please guide me

Why court for this simple matter. Ask them to show registration certificate under I.T.Act for allowing TDS
