Request you LD members of the forum, if you have any specific judgement reference where the RCR filed by the wife was dismissed because of the subsequent DV filed by her?
I have searched on indian kanoon and other related website, but have not been successful, if any member can please share any judgement on this particular scenario in high court or supreme court. request you to kindly share with me...i will indeed be grateful to you.
My wife has filed RCR on me, and after RCR she has filed DV, in DV she has asked for separate room along with rent, and RCR she asks the husband to live with her. so these are two contradicting cases, which i wish to challege, but if i get any specific judgement reference it will really be helpful to me.
