Living in relationship

If wife has refused before magistrate twice to live with husband n then husband living with unmarried girl as livin-relationship. Can wife take action against him on the grounds of adultery?

She can take divorce on the ground of adultery.

1.   If your wife is not willing to live with you then make settlement by mutual consent of both of you legally.  

2.  Live in relationship is not a crime in the eyes of law.  

3.  Adultery can be proved only if you make s*xual relations with second girl.

4.  So my suggestion is that you think once again about your life,  if you  really  want to live with your wife then

      live happily with your wife and forget about any other girl in your life.  And if your wife's last and  final decision

      is not to live with you then leave your wish to live with her and go to point at Sl. No. 1. with the consent of lawyer.

- wife has refused before magistrate twice to live with her husband means there is a divorce petition either by wife or husband.

- seems petitioner is wife then adultery ground is ok needs to be proven,  live-in relationship is not a legal abuse in the eye of law if both partners are single but in this case it can be proven easly.  

- Divorce right is the abusasive of our cultural society similarly it may be choosen if relationships goes @ painful .
