hello, i rendered a service of a website for a type of documentation service and paid Rs 500/- for the same. the website seem to be reliable as i had used it in the past. but now the website is not responding even after paying the fee and sending multiple reminders.
they dont have a ph no or address listed in their website. now, if i had to file a complaint under Information technology act, what is the department i should written this concern to...inorder for them to investigate on this website.
