Empanelment of lawyers for bank

I have my brother in law who is advocate in kanpur (U.P), practising Civil cases pertaining to property specially for past 25 years.

Can anyone guide and help how he can become as empanelled lawyers for any reputed nationalised banks, like Indian Bank, Bank of India, ICICI, HDFC etc.

Pls guide.

He must have some experiece to deal with the cases pertaining to debt tribunals.

I believe the Circle head of the bank shall be the right person to empannel you as an advocate with the bank

I dont think any one shall be guiding you.

My brother is a lawyer and has working experoence of a legal department of a Pvt. company. he wants to start his own practiv=ce. he has good knowledge of corporate laws and civil and criminal court cases and VAT/Service tax also. I believe in the beginning ofr few years he has to work under a lawyer before starting his indeendent practice. Can nayone please suggest any good law firm to undergo internship for him
