i want to trace back some details of our ancestral properties that is under illegal encroachment by some third parties. i only know the current door numbers of the property.
when i filed an RTI with the SRO mentioning the doors nos to provide the details of the property/land, they decline to provide me the information saying SURVEY NO is a must. how should i proceed now? i only know the street name - can i request for survey numbers and registered owners in the entire street...?
