Experts please guide and help

I posted a query yesterday but did not get any advice Basically in an order issued by high court :my wife is the respondent and sister the applicant.sister has filed for quash of her name in dv filed by my wife .my sister has interim relief to stay her name in dv. Order says "The lawyer for respondent waives off the notice for final hearing.ad interim to continue." ( what does it mean)? My wifes lawyer could not answer the judges question of any specific allegation. Now the site for hc says admitted ( unready) and no further date given ? Will she get her quash ? How long will it take for the next date ? My lawyer says minimum 6 months . Is it correct ? Thank you.

Time for next hearing depends upon the prevailing situation in that place, no time frame can be expected due to various factors.  The respondent counsel waives off notice means, he is not giving any counter for interim relief petition and is ready for final hearing of the case.
