Sir, 

             Under Sec 138 my friend is facing NBW recently in which the case is going from past 7 years. Can he recall the NBW without his presence . Can you suggest any ruling supporting by the High Court in Andhra Pradesh which will help him to recall without making himself present., in the Fast Track Court which issued the NBW.
