I have a unique situation.
My divorce case which was pending for a order on settlement terms was tranferred by SC to the Family Court where the cross of the petitioner for her Maintenance case is scheduled next time.
Question is:
1. Will the FC judge take up the matter which is pending for settlement terms between parties or the cross of the Petitioner?
2. Should I file a application asking for the settlement matter to be taken up first?
