Need to change statement by complainer

hello all ,

                       I need kind of information for change statement , my sister try to suicide by self burning , and that time when she's husband reach at hospital with her and start prosece for admit that time he give statement , now sister able to give statement . so in second statement time need magister present at take second time statement in hospital ???????  and police give copy of second time statement ?????????/
