Filing of chargesheet

The IO as per latest update has given the chargesheet to be filed in the court to the police karkun. We have no idea who he is? How will we come to know if the chargesheet has been filed in court and when do we need to attend to collect chargesheet?

If you are accuse you need not to be worried about when are the police is filing charge sheet as there are so many formalities like sanction from the competent Senior police officer, advice of the Public Prosecutor as there remains no gap in prosecution case and if there are gap in police case the same can be taken care of before the matter is presented to the Judge. As regards the presence of accuse the summon will be served upon you as and when the case if coming up before court or the IO will inform you when you have to be present in Court with your sureties so you can be taken on bail at this time the copy of the callan will be served upon all the accuse individually.

If you are from complainant side you must enquire about the latest position about the case,  you will be asked to be present only when you are asked to give evidence before the Court. Best as a complaint would be to engage some good lawyer to help the prosecutor and you must attend all the date of the court hearing as it is the vigilant client who wins the case.
