SIRS,
Me & My 3 brothers jointly hold a land.No proper partition has been made till date. one of my three brother by obtaining a share certificate from revenue department Construct a house somewhere between the said land without obtaining NOC from us.
(i)Is this type of Construction is legal before Law?
(ii)If he able to use any portion of the said land?
Please Clear my doubts & provide some suggestion for stop his construction.
