Notarization of translated document

I have got a inheritance document from my local municipality in Gujarat which is in Gujarati. I need to use this document for non-local purpose, i.e. for selling shares which are in my father's name etc. I will therefore need a translated version of this document in "English".

My question is:

Who is authorized to notarize this translated version? Can this be done by a public notary or a I-class gazetted officer or someone else?

Thanks in advance for your advise.

If it is translated in" English"by a Notary person and whose certified the same as " translated by me and it is true and correct", it is sufficient to you to file the same, in any where. An Advocate-Notary is enough.
