I request all the intellectuals and think tanks to help in knowing what exactly is the procedure of Court marriage in Noida/Delhi. Also, is it needed to get marraige certificate from Arya Samaj or directly it can be held at Court.
Any reasonable/reliable advocates who can help in Delhi to complete this procedure at the earliest.
